All summer I’ve been counting down until the High Holidays. I love making a big deal of Jewish holidays with my family. It’s also a lot easier to create videos around holidays. For Rosh Hashanah the traditions are to do sweets for a sweet new year, but I’d love to work the flavors of apple and honey into things that are maybe a little healthier for my kids. This is my first attempt at Honey Cake Apple Mini-Muffins. Stay tuned for more tests and the final recipe.
