My kids watch tv. Sometimes a lot of it. I suspect that your kids might too. I think as parents we need to stop acting like this doesn’t happen. We stream most of our shows and there are some of my favorites. I love that there are shows that get my kids off the couch and moving. If it gets to the end of the day and I realize we haven’t gotten much exercise, there are shows that can help me out. Same goes for educational shows. There are plenty of shows that help with ABC’s, but there are also hidden gems that help with life skills and social/emotional learning.
